6.1 metre daysailer, Design #203 Metric Units

Here's a small fantail stern daysailer with the aesthetic of the Victorian era. The construction drawings offer a choice of building methods. Traditional carvel on bent frames is the best match for the character of the boat and will be the most enjoyable to do. For a boat that must live on a trailer, the option of strip planking sheathed inside and out with glass cloth and epoxy resin is also shown. Either way, a powerful little boat that should be great fun to sail.
